I've always been fascinated by the human mind and behavior, which led me to study Psychology and work for a while in research. After a significant cultural shift in my life and leaving my home country Romania and moving to Germany, I also transitioned into the corporate world, taking on various roles that broadened my perspective.
In 2022, I decided to return to my roots and pursued a formation as a systemic business and personal coach. This decision allowed me to merge my deep understanding of human mind & behavior with practical coaching skills.
In my current leadership & agile coach role, I've experienced substantial growth, continually applying my professional coaching expertise to enhance both personal and organizational development. This journey has not only enriched my career but also reaffirmed my commitment to helping others achieve their full potential.
